3 Days, Best Tanzania Safari
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
There is something very special about Tarangire National Park. He is one of Tanzania’s small parks (can we say boutique?), but don’t let its size fool you. Tarangire National Park is full of awe-inspiring landscapes, vast skies and amazing wildlife. However, the initiate picks up the elephant. Tarangire is known for his vibrant population of elephants in the African bush. The Elephant Spectacular Day Safari allows you to see these magnificent animals up close. It’s also a great taster safari. If you are new to Tanzania, this day trip is a great workout for a longer safari.

Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
A nice early start then a drive past the Rift Valley (Africa’s graven fault) up to the cooler regions of the crater uplands. The Ngorongoro Crater is almost 600m deep and in this massive caldera, you will find an amazing variety of animals. Alongside the “big five” (elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, and rhinoceros) you will find virtually all of the animals that can be found on the entire east African savanna. At a chosen picnic spot you will have lunch and the rest of the afternoon will be devoted to more wildlife watching. Later on, you will leave the crater making the second night of our program.

Day 3 Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara National Park Arusha
On Day 3 of the 3 Days Tanzania Lodge Safari program, you will bid farewell to the Ngorongoro Crater and embark on the “Northern Circuits” tour to the next National Park in Tanzania – Lake Manyara Park. Although one of the smaller parks in Tanzania, it covers a significant area from the northwestern edge, including a vast portion of the lake. During the season, thousands of flamingos, pelicans, and other bird species flock to the lake, making it their seasonal home.
Additionally, the partly forested edges of the park offer excellent opportunities to observe majestic elephants searching for food and going about their daily routines. Your wildlife adventure will also present a chance to spot giraffes, buffalo, gazelle, antelope, baboons, and the famous tree-climbing lions. After a thrilling experience, you will leave the national park and head back to Arusha for breakfast and lunch.
